WOD: 3/23/20 Bring Sally UP - Bring Sally Down

This is a challenge for everyone but definitely not the faint of heart. It is always fun to have a bit of guidance when it comes to exercises and to know how long we need to hold a position for and how many reps to do. The Song is titled "Bring Sally up" by Moby Flower and is a perfect song that can be applied to a plethora of exercises. Now here is the kicker, the song is a total of 3 min 23 seconds so don't be afraid to modify the exercises so that you can make it through the entire song.

For example: if you are doing push-ups maybe you need to start out doing them at an incline on the back of the couch, maybe at seat height, or on your knees. However make sure that your elbows are at a 45 degree angle relaxed at your sides, keep your body straight and strong and in plank position and don't forget to BREATHE!!!

Exercise options

· Push-ups

· Squats

· Pull-ups

· Core: Supine leg lifts

· Split squats or lunges: two rounds

· Planks

Any weight Variations:

· Shoulder press

· Rows
