The mission of this blog is to create a conversation within our community centered around ways for each individual to be as healthy as possible. I love the quote by Naval Ravikant that discusses the three most important aspects of life, "your health, your mission, and the people you love. That's it."
I ask all of my clients, "what is the best way for us to take care of others?" Answer: We need to take care of ourselves first. If we can't simply stand on our own two feet how can we be tasked to help take care of the needs of our family, friends, and community.
Living a full vibrant life is not simply done by being an expert at a singular topic but is optimized by establishing a solid knowledge base relating to nutrition, exercise, sleep quality, positive relationships, spirituality, and the list goes on.
Matthew 7:12 discusses the golden rule which says "Love your neighbor as you love yourself." Learning to love ourselves can be one of the most difficult tasks but is is essential in being able to give 100% of ourselves to our loved ones and our community.
We are not alone on this journey of life and so it is our mission to help provide education, support, and hope through this blog that inspires action to be the best that we can be and inspires us to improve our health spiritually, mentally and physically.
I hope that through these conversations we can inspire lasting change that helps provide a better outlook on our health, wholeness, and hope that ultimately leads to loving one another and having a deeper relationship with our creator.
